Ressex will be updated on Quarterly basis.

The period of updation would be June, September, December and March of every year

Ressex data of a particular location or all the locations of a particular city can be accessed through 3 different types of membership viz Value,Gold and Platinum Membership

Each membership offers annual as well as quarterly subscription. All the indices data as permitted under the membership will be allowed to be accessed by the user during the course of the validation period. For eg. if a person has purchased a quarterly value membership of a location, say Andheri (E) on Sept 10th, 2009 then his eligibility will be till Dec 11th, 2009 (3 months). He will be allowed to access all the data of Andheri (E) available till Dec 11th, 2009. This will allow him all the past data as well as 2nd Quarter fresh updated data having its scheduled date on or before 31st Oct 2009.


Does your past data have every quarter covered?

No. In past, we did not have resources to cover every city every quarter, but now we have resources, manpower and have developed software. For the past one year we have been carrying out the surveys across all the 6 cities on a regular basis.

Since what period will the data for RESSEX be available?

We have the various data points for MMR region since 2004. But for other cities, data will be available only from June 08
