What you get

The Value Membership (City) offers all the indices of a particular city for period 12 Months. This includes the entire past index data and the forthcoming quarterly updation scheduled under the validation period. Along with the city and suburb indices, you will also be able to access the distribution of these indices in cost range and flat type.

Additional Benefits:

Along with the indices, you also get the actual data in 4 Quarterly reports.

Value Membership(location):

An irresistible membership type !!! Just for Rs.25,000/-* per quarter, you get to access data on any one location in a city of your choice. For example you can buy index data like Andheri in Mumbai or, Indrapuram in Gaziabad or, Kharadi in Pune etc. You can purchase any location across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai (MMR) NCR, Pune.

What you get

The value membership offers all the Indices available of the particular location till its validation period, which includes the entire past index data and the forthcoming updation scheduled under the validation period. Along with the location index, you will also be able to access the distribution of Indices in cost range and flat type.

Additional Benefits:

Besides the location you purchase, you also get the city index distributed in macro regions/suburbs which helps you to benchmark, locations performance against suburbs and city.

Gold Membership:

Offers Indices of all the locations of a particular city of your choice without the flat type and cost range data. This means you can access the indices of the micro locations but you cannot access the distribution of indices in cost range and flat type. For example, if you subscribe for Mumbai, then you can access all the 110 locations of Mumbai, but you will not be able to access flat type and cost range distribution of these locations. You can purchase any of these cities - Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai (MMR) NCR, Pune.

What you get

The Gold membership offers all the Indices available of all the location till its validation period, which includes the entire past index data and the forthcoming updation scheduled under the validation period. You can only access regional distribution from city to suburb to any location of the city. But you will not be allowed to access distribution of Indices in cost range and flat type at Suburb and location level.

Platinum Membership:

Offers Indices of all the location of a particular city of your choice, along with the index distribution in flat type and cost range. For example, if you subscribe for Mumbai, then you can access all the 110 locations of Mumbai, and you will also able to access flat type and cost range distribution of all of these locations. You can purchase any of these cities- Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai (MMR) NCR, Pune.
